We use only strictly necessary storage. Your cookie-consent choice is saved locally in your browser (via localStorage) so the cookie banner is not shown again. We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies.
3. Why we use your data and the legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes or information you request — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form — legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To remember your cookie preference — legal basis: necessity to provide the service you requested (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); strictly necessary storage does not require consent.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised. If your enquiry does not lead to a business relationship, we delete it once it is no longer relevant. Where a contract is concluded, related records may be kept longer to meet legal and accounting obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered by email to our company inbox and may be processed by our hosting and email provider acting as our processor.
